I know must of us don’t like to think of it as the holidays already but in the retail world, it is in full swing. This is a great thing for Target shoppers as today starts their ‘holiday price match guarantee’. From October 6th – December 24th 2022, if something you purchase goes lower in price during the season, Target will match that price and you will be refunded the difference.

It also states “ …Target will match select competitors’ pricing within 14 days of purchase, taking the stress and guesswork out of deal hunting.” Make sure to look at which competitors Target price matches with here and keep an eye open for any lower prices , especially after any bigger purchases,  during the season. 

To get your price match you can either:

• Head in-store to guest services with receipt and the sale price of the item either at Target or at a  competitor if your still in the 14 day time frame
• Chat online through Target’s help center – have your order number or receipt number handy.
• Call guest services at 1-800-591-3869.

Keep in mind there are some exclusions to price matching: “Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.”
